Summary: By using Orbital, you agree to these terms. The service is offered “as is.” For privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Orbital applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Orbital Health Intelligence, Inc. (“Orbital,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Orbital helps you log and visualize self-reported capacity signals over time. Features may include optional cloud sync, sharing through Circles (with consent), exports, and optional paid add-ons such as subscriptions or capacity summaries (CCI), subject to availability in your region and platform.
Some features require a subscription or one-time purchase processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers. Pricing and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase in the app and/or platform storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your platform account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, reverse engineering except as allowed by law, scraping at scale without permission, or using the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Orbital and its branding, software, and content are owned by Orbital or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal (or, where offered, organizational) use under these Terms.
You retain rights to data you enter. To operate the Service, you grant us permission to process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice. Outputs are based on self-reported information. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbital and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from these Terms or the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
